As a Google Advertiser specializing in residential real estate, your primary role will be to create and manage online advertising campaigns to attract motivated home sellers and home buyers. You will work closely with real estate agents and agencies to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive leads and conversions. Your expertise in Google Ads and digital marketing will be critical in ensuring the success of these campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies on Google Ads and other relevant platforms to target motivated home sellers and buyers in specific geographic areas.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-converting keywords relevant to the residential real estate market.

Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and create eye-catching visual assets that resonate with the target audience.

Budget Management: Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options to identify what works best for lead generation.

Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Conversion Optimization: Implement conversion tracking and optimization techniques to improve lead quality and increase the number of successful real estate transactions.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Adherence to Google Policies: Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and stay informed about any changes or updates.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management, with a focus on the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of residential real estate market trends and dynamics.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent knowledge of keyword research and SEO best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A track record of successful lead generation and conversion optimization.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
