Job Title: PPC Marketer for AFORDEL Real Estate Group
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PPC marketer to manage and optimize our real estate PPC campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing PPC strategies, tracking campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement PPC strategies for our real estate campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and landing pages, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and budget as needed to improve ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency between PPC campaigns and other marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in PPC algorithms to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to AFORDEL CEO (Team Leader)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns in the real estate industry
Strong understanding of PPC best practices, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other web analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
