Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Sky Realty International is a woman owned real estate brokerage in New Jersey. This position is a stepping stone to join a growing and dynamic team of women in the real estate industry.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position starts with 25 hours per week and will gradually increase over a 30-60 day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises are based upon work performance.

This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3-5 candidates to hire for a test project. After seeing how you handle calls, we’ll choose who to bring on to the team. Strong spoken and written English is a requirement for this position.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken person who has tremendous phone skills. You will be working a majority of your time on the computer and phone prospecting for new clients, cultivate client relationships, set appointments and manage all leads within the contact management database . We need someone who is able to convert calls and leads into qualified appointments.

Qualities Needed To Be Successful
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time, and we are happy to train you. However, there are 3 important qualities we are looking for:

Integrity. Commitment and Desire to learn.

Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become long term position with our company. If you’re looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people wo are open to learning new skills. You should be excited to learn and develop new skills.
