We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Real Estate Cold Calling and appointment-setting campaigns, with a strong ability to effectively communicate and convert homeowners into motivated seller leads.
As an ISA, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calling campaigns with proficiency, engaging homeowners in effective and persuasive conversations.
* Utilize auto dialers and other relevant tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Set appointments with homeowners, demonstrating expertise in securing qualified leads for our team to close.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, ensuring thorough notes are taken for each homeowner interaction.
* Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, with fluency in Spanish considered a plus.
* Utilize Google Drive and Google Sheets proficiently for effective data management and organization.
* Handle objections skillfully, drawing from prior Real Estate Cold Calling and sales experience.
* Possess a natural sales aptitude, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
* Display a proactive and ambitious attitude, driven by a strong desire to achieve sales targets and generate high-quality leads.
* Embrace a willingness to learn and receive instruction on improving sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in Real Estate Cold Calling and appointment-setting campaigns is essential.
* Proficiency in using auto dialers and other relevant software.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Sheets for efficient data management.
* Strong sales-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a hunger to succeed and exceed targets.
* Willingness to learn and embrace new sales techniques and strategies.
Compensation:
We also offer competitive compensation and bonuses for high-performing individuals.
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time.
