We are hiring a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our lead generation company. As an ISA, your main responsibility will be contacting and engaging with home seller leads, following up with potential sellers, and assisting them in selling their homes. You must have excellent communication skills, a clear American accent, and a deep understanding of the American real estate market.
Responsibilities:
– Reach out to potential home sellers from provided leads and databases to initiate the sales process.
– Engage with leads, build rapport, and gather relevant information to evaluate their needs and motivation to sell.
– Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and build relationships.
– Qualify leads to determine their interest, timeline, and readiness to sell.
– Provide comprehensive information about our services and address seller inquiries.
– Schedule appointments for potential sellers to meet with our real estate agents.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the lead tracking system.
– Stay informed about market trends and pricing to provide valuable insights.
– Meet or exceed defined performance metrics.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in inside sales or customer service required. Real estate experience is a plus.
– Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear American accent.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
– Demonstrated sales ability and relationship-building skills.
– Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools.
– Adaptability and a fast learner.
– High ethical standards and professionalism.
Working Hours:
American Central Standard Time (CST) from 12 pm to 6 pm.
