Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (SELLERS)

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, specifically in calling FSBOs, expired listings, and FRBOs. Experience with real estate CRMs such as KVCore, Chime, Real Geeks, Go HighLevel, and Vulcan 7 is preferred.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-year experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on reaching out to FSBOs, expired listings, and FRBOs. Experience with real estate CRMs such as KVCore, Chime, Real Geeks, Go HighLevel, and Vulcan 7 is highly preferred.

This position is 15-25 hours per week and pays $5-8 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to FSBOs, expired listings, and FRBOs to generate leads and set appointments for agents
The ability to handle objections and navigate difficult conversations with potential leads in a professional and tactful manner
Entering and updating contact information and lead status in real estate CRM
Assisting agents with tasks such as scheduling appointments and creating marketing materials
Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in real estate, with a focus on FSBOs, expired listings, and FRBOs
Experience with real estate CRMs such as KVCore, Chime, Real Geeks, Go HighLevel, and Vulcan 7 is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A strong and reliable internet connection and a backup plan in case of outages
The ability to handle objections and navigate difficult conversations with potential leads in a professional and tactful manner

Hardware:
Computer: desktop or laptop with a modern processor (dual-core or better), 4GB of RAM (8GB or more recommended), and a solid-state drive (SSD) for storage.
Headset: comfortable fit with good sound quality and a noise-canceling microphone. Can be wired or wireless, depending on the features of the computer.

Sales and customer service skills: the ability to identify and address the needs of potential clients, and to close deals effectively.
