Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by sourcing new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and facilitating connections between clients and our sales executives.
Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within your assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity tools like Excel, Word, Google Suite, softphone, and the internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work on the graveyard shift (US Central time zone).
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Experience in cold calling is preferred.
• Tech requirements:
• Laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM storage.
• Noise-canceling headphones.
• Internet download speed of at least 5 Mbps.
