Qualifications:
-High school graduate
-Home base work experience
-1 + year of phone sales experience
-Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry required

Who Are We Looking For?
Ashley Bearden, Realtor is searching for a well-above-average ISA that seeks to grow to a greater level of success by converting leads and providing premier customer service. The ISA will prospect for new clients, manage agent and team databases, conduct lead audit reports, cultivate client relationships, set client appointments, and manage all leads within the Boomtown and Command platforms. The ISA will also make various calls each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer agents for them to take that lead from contract to close.
The ISA will send emails on agent’s behalf with any necessary information or documentation. The ISA will assist with creating, implementing, and successfully running systems and processes designed to increase our customer and agent databases. The ISA must be very detail oriented, driven, a self-starter and results driven. This position requires someone that is comfortable with marketing, as well as prospecting. Excellent time management is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Use the Boomtown and Command to make contact with new leads through phone or text within 5 minutes after they have registered on our site during the VA’s shift.
-Answer and service all new leads calling or coming in from, website, sign call, etc. and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.
-Manage leads by adding labels/tags, activating drip campaigns, sending welcome or re-engagement texts or emails, and build appropriate follow-up processes.
-Follow the 14 Days of Pain for our new leads by calling, texting and emailing them everyday.
-Make follow-up calls to leads to schedule appointments for online lead conversion.
-Nurture all leads through steady communication (calls, texts, emails, social media), until the lead is ready to talk or meet with an agent.
-Set qualified appointments with all qualification information gathered and confirm appointments through the company process.
-Add appointments to the agent’s calendar and notify agents of dates and times of set appointments to include lead contact information.
-Responsible for logging all communications completely in Boomtown and Command, and if needed, transfer/assign leads to the agent who can specifically assist the lead with their questions.
-The agent will then qualify lead and change their status to either Nurture, Watch, or hot in Boomtown and Command.
-Conduct lead audit report that tracks all new and old lead pipeline status, old leads, and agent activity.
-Check in with agent daily on the status of their respective leads, as this will help our agents do their follow ups with these leads.
-Track referrals and prepare referral forms.
-Daily cold calls to FSBOs, Expireds, circle prospecting, with the Mojo system provided.
-Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
-Submit to Lead Generation Manager a start of day report with the following information:
– Metric Goals for the day
– Actionable items
– Outstanding tasks from the day prior
-Submit to Lead Generation Manager an end of day report with the following information:
– Completed tasks
– Outstanding tasks
– Number of dials
– Number of nurtures/follow-ups
– Number of conversations
– Number of appointments set
– Number of leads added to the database
– Lead audit report
– Generate reports regarding VA and agent productivity and accountability.
– Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal law regarding real estate.
– Practice call scripts and objection handling 20 minutes per day.
