We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Market & Data Analyst/Lead Processor to help scale and operate our land investing business and provide support to our team. This is a long-term position.
About the Business: We are a property investment company that buys rural land in the U.S. at below market prices and then sells our inventory at market value as quickly as possible. We specialize in closing with cash and working with experienced title companies and land agents in the areas we invest in. We are focused on great organization, attention to detail and due diligence on leads we gather from our marketing efforts. We’ve been successfully doing business for 2 years and plan to continue growing.
Working Hours:
– Full time
– 7am – 3pm Eastern U.S Time Zone starting; hours subject to adjustment after training
– Monday – Friday
Compensation: $480 – $560 / month starting depending on background
**Potential for performance based raises evaluated at 6 month increments
Job roles and responsibilities will include:
– Perform Due Diligence on properties that enter our pipeline
– Use comparables in the market to deduce market value for properties
– Analyze market data in spreadsheets
– Process, scrub and manipulate large datasets following our marketing processes
– Post properties for sale online
– Working along-side a current, long term employee doing this same role
Job Qualifications:
– Extremely Attentive to detail
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Excellent ability to follow documented processes
– Fluent English speaking and writing abilities
– Preferable previous real estate experience, though not needed
– Excellent video call, email & instant message communication skills
– Resilient – Can work with low supervision & adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Flexible – Willing to take varying loads of work responsibility and new responsibilities as the business needs them
– It is required that this is the only job the individual is doing if hired for the entirety of the engagement with our business. No other contract work may be done if hired to protect our quality of work.
Technical Requirements:
– Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i5 7th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM, or M1 Mac or newer; Firefox, Chrome or Brave installed
– A consistent and stable high speed internet connection of at least 20 Mbps (must be able to do an HD video call with simultaneous screen sharing and clear audio in real time & download & upload large image files)
– A quiet and dedicated workspace without distractions
– Noise canceling microphone headset for video calls
