Are you an organized, motivated individual? Are you tech-savvy and skilled in website design, graphic design, and proficient in prospecting and marketing techniques? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investment team, someone who is versatile and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Design and Maintenance: Utilize your expertise in website design, particularly using Wix, to create and update our real estate investment website, ensuring it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with property listings and essential information.
2. Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools is crucial for creating captivating marketing materials, brochures, and social media graphics to promote our real estate investments.
3. Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages. Execute social media marketing campaigns to boost our online presence.
4. Prospecting and Marketing: The ideal candidate should be familiar with prospecting techniques, including cold calling, list building, email marketing, and texting leads to identify potential investment opportunities and nurture relationships.
5. Data Entry and Organization: Assist in data entry tasks related to property listings, financial records, and other administrative duties. Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to important documents.
6. Email Correspondence: Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly. Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage the inbox efficiently.
7. Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed to facilitate real estate transactions.
8. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, market trends, and competitors. Provide reports and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience with website design using Wix or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and previous experience in social media management.
• Proficient in prospecting techniques, including cold calling, list building, email marketing, and texting leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus but not required.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
