Key requirements:
– Excellent English communication skills ( LITTLE ACCENT IS OKAY) – you will be talking to sellers calls.
– Experience working with real estate investors (MUST)
– Proficiency in lead management, cold calling, and market research (MUST KNOW HOW TO TALK TO MOTIVATED SELLERS)
– Understanding of wholesaling properties in the real estate market (NOT A MUST WILL HIGHER SOMEONE TO DISPO)
– Ability to make offers on houses, run comparables, and perform data entry (MUST KNOW HOW TO RUN COMPS AND PUT LEAD INFORMATION IN AND NEURTURE LEADS.
