Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Investor Acquisition/Disposition/Lead Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate investing acquisition and a deep understanding of the Ron Legrand method. Responsibilities:

Acquisition Management:

Identify potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property analysis, financial evaluation, and risk assessment.
Negotiate and secure favorable terms for property acquisitions.
Disposition Management:

Develop and implement effective strategies for selling or leasing properties to maximize returns.
Create marketing materials and listings to showcase properties for disposition.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and successful property transactions.
Lead Management:

Oversee the lead generation process and manage the flow of leads through the acquisition pipeline.
Implement and optimize lead tracking systems to ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential sellers and partners.
Analyze lead data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the acquisition process.
Qualifications:
