Real Estate Investor Bookkeeper – Full Cycle & Cleanup Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bookkeeper to join our team and provide full-cycle accounting services for our dynamic network of real estate investors. You will be responsible for accurate and timely bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, along with tackling accounting cleanup projects and assisting with various administrative tasks.

*****Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

** Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple real estate investor clients:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Process bank reconciliations
* Categorize and record transactions
* Journal entries as needed
* Generate accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)

** Accounting cleanup projects:
* Reconcile and categorize historical transactions
* Identify and correct any discrepancies
* Ensure account balances are accurate and up-to-date

** Administrative tasks:
* Respond to client inquiries about financial matters
* Maintain client files and documentation
* Prepare documentation for tax purposes
* Assist with other tasks as assigned

***Qualifications:
* Proficient in QuickBooks Online with at least 2 years of experience
* Experience working with real estate investors a plus
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Google Workspace suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

****Bonus points:
* Experience with property management software
* Proficient in additional accounting software (e.g., Xero)
* Understanding of tax implications for real estate investments

Hours will be US Based with the exact Time Zone to be determined
