Job Description: As an Outbound Cold Call Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential real estate opportunities through proactive outbound calling. Your responsibilities will include engaging property owners, investors, and prospective clients to uncover leads and establish initial interest in our investment opportunities. Your primary objective will be to schedule appointments and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted lists of property owners and investors.
Effectively communicate our company’s investment strategies, benefits, and opportunities to potential leads.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to optimize calling strategies and achieve lead generation goals.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of real estate investment principles is a plus.
High school diploma; additional qualifications such as a degree in Business Administration or related field are advantageous.
