They must also be proficient with microsoft excel and have excellent computer skills and perform large data projects with data scraping, spreadsheet maintenance, and sending out marketing materials. Qualifications:
We are paying $5/hr, Bonuses included based on performance
Works 40 hours/week. Could start ASAP
3+ years of industry experience is ideal
Proven track record
Must be comfortable speaking over the phone
Strong communication skills, ability to influence others, respectful and professional
fluent in Spanish and English is ideal
Excellent proficiency with excel and overall computer knowledge, must have microsoft excel on their computer
must have excellent wifi connectivity
schedule would be 12:00 PM CST – 08:00 PM CST
During 1st month you will be involved in rigorous training on a daily and weekly basis
Job scope will involve
Data pulling and scrubbing & database maintenance
Pull data from investorlift
Formatting data to be ready to upload to calltools dialer
Upload to calltools dialer
Upload buyer information to calltools and mailchimp, if all we have is a phone number, upload buyer information to slack
All data should be uploaded to mailchimp first, then exported and uploaded to podio and investorlift
Put together marketing package on mailchimp, see examples provided, and send marketing blast to buyers
Copy and paste information, and create property profile on investorlift, make the property public on investorlift profile
Depending on interest, blast property on top 5 real estate facebook groups including facebook marketplace
Reblast properties 2x/week
Gather all properties and market current inventory list 1x/week.
Seller targeting
Finding Parcels:
Screenshot a photo of your target area search, target area provided by sales team
Use google maps/google earth/prop stream/Interactive Maps to search for desired asset
Fill in Excel sheet to exact specs for assets located (Address, Parcel ID, Property Type, Condition, etc)
As you fill in the excel sheet and cover areas of the map, use the screenshotted map to keep track of where you have been!
Clean, Filter, & Pierce data
Once there is a fill list of trenches targets, start making sure all information is filled out
Pierce entities using Texas Entity Search or google
We are trying to locate the home or principle addresses for the managers of these LLCs
Return this file with all criteria filled out VA
Review and audit if needed V/J
Submit for skiptracing VA
