We’re looking for an experienced ISA with VA experience who’s highly organized, quick, results driven and committed.

Applicant should have experience in the following:
CRM Management in Follow Up Boss
Mojo Dialer
Email, google suite and calendar management (calendly)
Setting appointments (taking calls and booking appointments)
Keeping team and database organized
Asana

Virtual Assistant Responsibilities & Requirements
High Speed Internet Connection
Data input and CRM management including groups, hashtags, lead sources, and filters
Buyer home alerts and home valuations initial setup
Email and text blasting
Receiving and qualifying inbound calls from website leads and resolving lead inquiries
Lead follow up, calling and relationship building
Setting appointments for our clients with potential home buyers / sellers
Reporting and daily tracking of leads
Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as text/instant messaging, zoom, MS office ( word, excel ) and google suite
Exemplary time-management, customer service, organization, and excellent English skills both written and spoken.
