The position will start at 5-10 hours per week and gradually increase to 40 hours per week over a 30 day period as we train you, onboard you, and bring you up to speed on our culture. All possibilities for wage raises are based entirely upon your work performance.
This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 6-8 hires for a paid test project. After seeing your work, we will choose who to bring on to the team in a permanent, ongoing role. We have room for up to 2 people, in full time, ongoing roles.
Expert communication and listening skills are a must for this position which is often the first contact our company will have with new customers. By listening actively and effectively, asking brilliant open ended questions, and communicating in a clear and friendly way, you have the ability to identify need, provide solutions, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
-You will be calling inbound web leads and qualifying them following assigned scripts according to lead type;
-You will assign leads to agents and maintain current database;
-You will complete live transfers from VOIP to cell phone;
-You will monitor multiple inboxes and handle incoming calls during work hours;
-You will be scheduling appointments on showing requests and assign tasks to team members accordingly.
-You will spend a few hours every day cold calling and circle prospecting looking for motivated buyers and sellers, and setting appointments;
-You will be able to engage prospects in captivating conversations and identify their motivation to buy or sell, with the ability to handle objections, and to set up appointments;
-You will prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources;
-You will respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc;
-You will set up calls with leads in order for Listing and Buyer Specialists to schedule the appointments;
-You will input and manage clients and leads in our database;
-You will conduct lead follow up and lead nurture until appointments are set for agents;
-You will be Prospecting for new listings and new buyers;
-You will be prospecting past clients;
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
-Familiar with using Followupboss
-Real estate related cold calling experience;
-Outstanding command of spoken and written English, and the ability to effectively; communicate with customers, team members, and partner companies;
-Details oriented, with exceptional organizational and customer service skills;
-Ability to maintain confidentiality;
-Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, doing repetitive activity;
-Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences;
