Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Sold With Liza Real Estate Team, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by making outbound calls to potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. Your goal is to identify qualified leads and engage with them effectively to schedule appointments, ultimately contributing to our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Cold Calling:
– Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from our lead database and other sources.
– Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their real estate needs and level of interest.
– Find out their motivation and schedule an appointment or a phone consultation
2. Lead Nurturing:
– Build rapport with leads and establish a connection.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
– Follow up with leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
3. Appointment Setting:
– Identify and qualify potential clients who are ready to meet with our real estate agents.
– Schedule appointments for property showings or consultations based on lead preferences.
– Ensure that appointments are accurately documented and communicated to the appropriate agent.
4. Communication and Reporting:
– Collaborate closely with our real estate agents and provide regular updates on lead progress.
– Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, appointments set, and lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in sales or telemarketing in the real estate industry is a MUST 2 YEARS+
– Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and lead tracking systems.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
– Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
