Job Description

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for prospecting new clients, fostering client relationships, scheduling client appointments, and maintaining lead records in the contact management database. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential clients, gathering information to qualify them for appointments, and arranging meetings with listing and/or buyer spec.
$6-$9/Hour Depending on Experience
Performance based bonuses and additional benefits available after successfully completing a 90-day orientation.
Work hours between 8:00 a.m. -8:00 p.m. EST

Required Skills
Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong phone skills to successfully set appointments and close deals.
Comfortable with memorizing and delivering call scripts for effective communication.
Possess excellent customer service and listening abilities to understand client needs.
Skilled in building strong relationships with clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage tasks effectively.
Capable of meeting and exceeding goals consistently.
Proficiency with computers including working with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Forms, Slide, etc.)
Real estate CRM management software (Brivity)
Researching, managing and scrubbing prospect data

Responsibilities
Work a scheduled 25 to 40 hour week
Actively prospect for new clients daily using various lead sources. (PropStream, IList and other data sources)
Expireds/FSBOs
Sellers/Buyers
Life Events (Death, Divorce, Bankruptcy)
Past Clients / Database
Respond to and track inbound leads through callbacks and manage client and lead databases (CRM).
Follow up with leads and nurture them until appointments are confirmed
Schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Manager.
Assess sellers’ motivation levels to determine their readiness to sell their home.
Maintain performance targets set by the client.
Gather basic information about properties, including condition, occupancy status, rent amount (if applicable), asking price, and conduct comparable analyses (comps) to assess property value.
Coordinate appointments for acquisition personnel to visit properties for sale.
Utilize skip tracing to obtain leads’ phone numbers and emails, and manage text messaging software for marketing purposes.
To assist in sales and marketing efforts by developing a robust pipeline of leads to achieve business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Conduct research to identify potential leads, maintain accurate records, and update lead information regularly.
Call past clients for referrals
Practice call scripts at least 3 hours per week
Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners.
Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
