**”Seeking an Experienced Real Estate Cold Calling and Appointments Specialist”**

Part-Time with Growth Potential to Full-Time.

**Responsibilities:**

Lead Generation: Use a variety of tools and strategies to identify and generate real estate leads, including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

Qualification: Engage with potential clients, assess their real estate needs, and qualify them as prospects based on their readiness to buy or sell.

Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-up calls, emails, and communication to provide information, address questions, and nurture their interest.

Appointment Setting: Schedule property showings, listing presentations, and buyer consultations for our real estate agents with qualified leads.

Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with Kvcore or be willing to learn.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property inventory, and pricing to effectively communicate with clients.

**Qualifications:**

– Available to call between the hours of 12pm-6pm EST (some flexibility)
– MUST have successful track record setting appts by outbound dialing to real estate lists.
– Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a real estate team.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
-Fluent verbal and written English communication skills with Strong English language proficiency.
-Noise cancelation headset.
-Internet speeds with a minimum of 30 mps.
-Fast computer system with minimum of an i5 processor.
