Job Description

We are a growing real estate company based in Annapolis, Maryland, and we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. As an ISA, you will be responsible for responding promptly to online leads expressing interest in buying or selling homes and making outgoing cold calls to identify potential Home Buyers and Sellers. Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly respond to online leads and inquiries regarding buying or selling homes.
* Make outgoing cold calls to potential clients to identify new sales opportunities.
* Maintain records of all client interactions in our CRM database, ensuring all communications are logged and information is up to date.
* Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and provide updates to the team.
* Assist in nurturing long-term prospects and building relationships with potential clients.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.
* Learn and study our local housing market weekly to better respond to leads.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and or lead nurture over the phone.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Ability to work independently as a remote worker and collaborate as part of a team to update and pass off leads.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the drive to succeed without being micromanaged.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software is a plus.
* Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
* Must be open to obtaining a Maryland Real Estate License. (Disregard associated costs)
* 40 hours / Full time only
* EST TIme soon work. 9-5
