Job Description:
We are actively seeking a full-time Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)/ Database Manager to join our team, Paramount Home Group. Previous experience as a Real Estate ISA is REQUIRED. Database management experience is preferred.

Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities and tasks associated with a real estate ISA:

1. Lead Generation:

-Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
-Utilize marketing strategies to attract and identify potential leads.
-Follow up on inquiries from potential clients and respond to incoming leads promptly.

2. Lead Qualification:

-Assess the needs and qualifications of potential clients through effective communication.
-Gather relevant information about clients’ real estate preferences, budget, and timeline.
-Determine the level of interest and motivation of potential clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

3. Appointment Setting:

-Schedule appointments for real estate agents or brokers based on qualified leads.
-Coordinate with clients and real estate professionals to ensure seamless scheduling.
-Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to all parties involved.

4. Communication and Follow-Up:

-Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through ongoing communication.
-Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales process to keep them engaged and informed.
-Provide information about available properties, market trends, and relevant real estate services.
-Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads.
-Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless handover of leads for further engagement.

5. Database Management

-Work within Paramount Home Group CRM; Follow Up Boss. Ensure all leads are properly assigned.
-Ensure all inquiries are responded to and remind agents to follow up.

Overall, a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent plays a crucial role in establishing initial connections with potential clients and facilitating the transition of leads to the next stages of the real estate sales process.
