Loft Realty is a well-regarded real estate brokerage, committed to providing education and unparalleled service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Real Estate Inside Sales Assistant (ISA) Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The Real Estate ISA Virtual Assistant will be primarily responsible for reaching out to homeowners whose properties were listed for sale but were taken off the market for unknown reasons. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen sense of empathy, and a genuine desire to provide educational support and exceptional service to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to homeowners whose properties were previously listed for sale but have since been withdrawn from the market.
Develop and maintain relationships with these potential clients, providing valuable education and assistance as needed.
Understand the reasons behind their decision to withdraw their property from the market, offering relevant solutions where appropriate.
Record and maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-up meetings.
Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and potential leads for management.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and performance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or real estate role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office tools and software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
High level of empathy and a customer-focused approach.
Must have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for educating others.
