Job Description:
We are actively seeking a full-time specialist who can be a Real Estate ISA and can also do Social Media/ Marketing with a background in graphics design to join our real estate team. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities and tasks associated with the role:

-Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
-Utilize marketing strategies to attract and identify potential leads.
-Follow up on inquiries from potential clients and respond to incoming leads promptly.
-Create and curate compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to engage followers and promote properties.
-Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our digital presence.
-Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads.
-Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless handover of leads for further engagement.
