Job Description

We are a reputable Real Estate Company in California looking for a Real Estate ISA who is excellent in cold calling leads, has great experience working with Investors, is great with follow-ups, and leads campaign management. The ISA/VA is expected to be capable of multitasking, has deep CRM knowledge, is good at qualifying potential opportunities, and can set reminders and follow up with leads ( Nurture) until the lead is ready to meet in person and or ready to transact. A candidate who has experience working with real estate investors is a huge plus! We provide great incentives and bonuses for every closed converted lead.

Hourly Rate: $5-$7/hour DOE
Set Up: Remote

Your responsibilities:
Cold Calling both hot and cold leads daily is your top priority. We have excellent quality leads, which we expect to be converted in a good ratio. 80% of the leads will consist of lead generation by prospecting, and 20% of the leads will be hot/warm/cold leads already in the CRM, requiring follow-up and nurturing to convert.
Source new sales opportunities through consistent lead follow-up.
Understand customer needs and requirements regarding buying and selling real estate.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
Research using the Internet, skip tracing if needed to complete lead profile, update contact info, etc.
Scheduling activity, follow-ups, and filling up the sales executive’s calendar with qualified call-back appointments and or live transferring calls.

Your qualifications:
Proven inside sales experience with a Real Estate background, a minimum of 2 years experience (We require sample recordings and portfolio/website to pre-qualify you and advance you to the next stage of the hiring process)
Strong English proficiency is a must, with no to minimal accent. A candidate who is also fluent in Spanish would be a plus but not required.
Great character and related job experiences (We expect you to give at least 3 references that we can call as a part of the hiring process)
College-level/graduate
Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
Previous experience as a Real Estate ISA is preferred
Ability to meet deadlines and quota
Strong communications skills and attention to detail are a must

Tools requirements:
Must have a reliable computer and a backup computer with high-speed internet minimum of 50mbps
Must be okay with time tracking management (We use third-party software to monitor our remote employees)
Noise-canceling headset is a must (This will be checked during the interview)
A quiet workspace at home (no animal and highway noise)
