Real Estate Junior Accountant with Yardi Experience Needed

We are seeking a FULL-TIME superstar Junior Accountant Virtual Assistant STARTING ASAP WHO IS AN EXPERT WITH YARDI to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based company who believes in providing exceptional customer service.

If you are a dedicated Junior Accountant Virtual Assistant who is a great team player, is willing to learn, holds 3+ years of experience in Accounting (bonus if you have Canada/USA/UK/AUS experience) and is comfortable working a GRAVEYARD POSITION (9PM – 5AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE)

About the Opportunity:

As a Junior Accountant Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

-Must have experience with Yardi
-Monthly Reporting
-Accounts Payable
-Bookkeeping
-Working Hours: FULL-TIME (M-F EST TIME ZONE) (Part-time during training period)
-Time Zone: 9PM – 5AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE

Job Requirements/Skills Needed:

-You are an expert with Yardi
-A professional level of written/spoken English, you must be fluent and comfortable speaking with clients
-You hold an Accounting degree and/or 3 years of relevant experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role
-Having your CPA is a bonus
-Bonus if you are familiar with other accounting softwares
-Working graveyard is an absolute MUST
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment
