Job Description

We are based in Miami, FL and started our company in 2016 to focus on real estate investment in the USA. We have continued to grow and now need administrative assistance and want to hire VAs. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity for growth and increased responsibility. This is FULL TIME LONG TERM.

Starting pay will be $5.00 – $6.00/hr depending on experience, with regular increases based on performance. If you have over 2 years experience in real estate or senior administrative roles, we will consider a higher hourly rate.
Only apply if you can work 8 hours between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm USA EST (Miami, FL) Monday – Friday.

Skill Requirements:
a) Advanced comprehension, written & verbal English,
b) Minimum 6 months experience in administrative support,
c) Experience with Excel, Microsoft & G Suite applications,
d) Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills,
e) Positive attitude and professional demeanor, good communication skills with team
f) Strong organizational skills

Tech Requirements:
a) Fast, dependable, High speed internet with wireless Hotspot backup
b) Updated computer that can use a Hotspot backup even when power goes out

Preferred Experience:
a) Real Estate and/or Real Estate Rental Property Management in the USA
b) Experience using Buildium software

Responsibilities Include:
a) Data Entry for income & expense tracking
b) Data Entry & Report Prep for KPIs
c) Research online for various topics
d) Electronic File Management & maintenance
e) Assist Executive Team with administrative support, email sorting, scheduling
