At Alterra Land we buy and sell US land.
We are looking for someone to run the acquisitions pipeline in our company. I am looking for someone who is only working on this job and not juggling multiple clients at once. We will monitor activity for the first 3 months to build trust. The goal is to get you making at least $60k annually by end of year 1. From there we will work to get you up to $100k annually.
We are looking to add a full-time acquisitions manager to our team over at The Alterra Land Company!
Our business buys and sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.
You will manage the acquisition side of the business and report directly to the CEO. You will be speaking with leads, comping properties, following up on stale seller leads, making offers to sellers, sending purchase agreement contracts, closing deals, and coordinating with title companies.
You will be accountable for meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets (KPI’s). You will be expected to make 15 offers per week with an average close rate of 10%.

1) Fluent in speaking and writing English with minimal accent. If you are not an expert at English please do not apply.

Technical Skills needed…
1) Managing leads in a CRM.
2) Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack and Excel.
3) Proficient with using county government websites to source property information.
4) Redfin/Zillow/ for comping properties.

Schedule:
40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 9:00 -5:00 p.m. CST
Compensation:
Base salary starting at 27,500 PHP weekly. After a 3 month probationary period you will be eligible for a raise. You will receive a 3% commission upon the sale of any property you acquire.
If you are able to meet the goal of closing 4 deals per month your average monthly commission would be 175k PHP monthly.
Other performance bonuses will be made available as well.
Paid time off for Holidays.
Trial Period: Hired applicants will undergo a 3 month “trial period”. Computer activity will be monitored to ensure you are available and working during the working hours agreed upon at hire. This is to ensure this job is your main priority and you are not juggling multiple clients at once.
