Real Estate Land Listing Expert

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Land Listing Expert to join our land investment real estate team. The Land Listing Expert directly reports to the Sales & Marketing manager of the company. The Land Listing Expert is responsible for listing, updating, and delisting properties from the company’s official website in various states in the US. This includes clear communication with various other internal team members involved in the transaction, managing copy and images and meeting deadlines, and ensuring a smooth and efficient listing process. This position is responsible for driving the growth of the company and demands a high level of accountability and commitment.

Objectives:
Working with the Due Diligence team and Transaction team to ensure the property gets listed accurately and at the right location for a quick sale of the property.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date listing records as the property is canceled, sold, or put on hold
Working with the Due diligence team to enter accurate property information to accurately represent all information in the listing itself.

Competencies:
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of land parcels is a HUGE PLUS
Knowledge of WordPress backend is a HUGE PLUS
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage several listings simultaneously
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills
Problem-solving skills working with external and internal parties
Technology savvy using state-of-the-art CRM such as Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, and G Suite
Strong willingness to learn new software & workflows
Strong team player and ability to navigate difficult situations

Education & Experience
Working with real estate agents or investors on land parcels
2+ years of experience listing and maintaining property records
Working knowledge of WordPress to be able to list the properties
Working with CRM software & workflows. (we don’t use spreadsheets)

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
