Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Lead Cold Caller, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing efforts by prospecting and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to targeted lists of leads, engage them in conversation, and assess their interest and suitability for our services. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate and nurture leads, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Utilize provided scripts and resources to make outbound cold calls to potential leads.
Engage leads in meaningful conversations to identify their real estate needs and preferences.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Provide feedback and insights gathered from calls to inform marketing and sales initiatives.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover potential opportunities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
