We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Lead Converter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our real estate agents. Your primary goal is to identify and cultivate new business opportunities by effectively communicating the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Make outbound cold calls to a list of prospective clients provided by the company.
Identify potential leads and gather essential information to qualify prospects.
Maintain a high volume of calls and meet daily/weekly call targets.

Client Engagement:
Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and interests.
Provide information about our real estate services and answer any questions or concerns.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.

Data Management:
Accurately record and update prospect information in the CRM system.
Track call outcomes and update lead statuses regularly.
Maintain organized and detailed records of all interactions.

Performance Monitoring:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointments set.
Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to improve skills and techniques.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the cold calling process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
