What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated Sales/Lead Gen Representative who has experience generating qualified real estate leads in the United States. If you are hungry for the opportunity to make a generous base salary along with the opportunity for commission and bonuses, then this is the opportunity for you.

What will you do?
Own and manage a pipeline of clients, potential home buyers or sellers and setup appointments with a real estate agent.
Become an expert in our products,’ marketing solutions, and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs – asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.

Qualifications:
? At least 2 years experience as a real estate appointment setter
? Effective in verbal and written communication
? Should have excellent phone skills
? Able to qualify internet leads and convert them to appointments
? Knowledgeable in using real estate customer relationship management (CRM) systems
? Comfortable in internalizing and delivering call scripts
? Effective objection handling skills
? Highly trained in lead generation and lead nurturing
? Organized and detail-oriented
? Proficient in problem-solving
? Able to carry a conversation and build rapport
? Computer literate and able to create reports using spreadsheets
? Lead follow up know-how in real estate is a must
? Must be willing to work graveyard shift
