We are a Real Estate Firm in the US that focuses on Residential and Commercial Assets. We Acquire, Construct and Property Manage for our own portfolio while consulting with other investors in how to get into real estate by partnering with us. Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for team members that want to impact the world one family at a time.
We are currently looking for a MTR Business Development Agent
This role is a fast-pace, metric driven sales role. You will be reaching out to qualify insurance, medical staffing companies other operators and securing long term contracts to provide our inventory of homes to there clients. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle of the business.
Responsibilities:
– Researching on Social Platforms and Communities that our firm is engaged in to qualify prospects.
– Outreach by Cold Calling prospects and following up to secure contracts.
– Market research of trends in the industry to make sure we are in the forefront of the market.
– Appointment Setting and Scheduling for the Sales Managers.
– Contracts Negotiate with new business
– Administrative reporting and logging in our CRM and other internal platforms.
Requirements
– Must have prior sales experience min 1 year
– Must be able to meet KPI’s and comfortable to be cold-call
– Must be have a strong reliable internet and computer to work virtually.
– Must have headset and quiet place during work hours.
– Must be proficient in MS Office, Social Platform. CRM systems
7. **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date with market trends, interest rate fluctuations, and industry news to make informed recommendations to potential lenders.
8. **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of lender interactions, agreements, and project funding status. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress.
9. **Feedback Loop:** Act as the liaison between lenders and our project teams, facilitating feedback and communication to ensure successful project execution.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate finance or a related industry.
– Strong network of private money lenders or investors is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Financial acumen and the ability to analyze real estate investment opportunities.
– Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate finance.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical.
– Strong proficiency in virtual communication tools and remote work practices.- Highlevel is a Plus
