Real Estate Lead Generation Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our real estate team as a Lead Generation Associate/Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in order to help grow our business. This is a fast-paced role that requires a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to identify potential leads (sellers & end-buyers) through various channels including online databases, social media, and networking events.
– Reach out to potential leads through SMS, phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to determine their real estate needs and qualify their interest.
– Nurture leads by maintaining consistent communication and providing relevant information.
– Gather potential deals and do comparable analysis
– Collaborate with team members to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
– Attend team meetings and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.

Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience in real estate lead generation or related field.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in handling a CRM
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
