Job Description: As a Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and driving business growth for our real estate team. You will leverage your skills in research, communication, and organization to identify potential clients and nurture relationships. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred workspace.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including online platforms, databases, and social media, to identify prospective clients.
• Inputting 500 per day realtors’ names, phone numbers, and emails from MLS active and past listings, sending a text and auto email to each realtor, and notifying the client electronically of any replies received.
• Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to establish relationships and assess their real estate needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in our CRM system
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better understand client preferences and adapt lead generation strategies accordingly
• Assist with organizing and managing marketing campaigns and events to generate leads
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for lead generation purposes
Requirements:
• Previous experience in real estate lead generation, customer service, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for lead generation
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify and target potential leads
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to manage leads
• High level of professionalism and a strong customer service mindset
