The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, researching contact information, and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities for our real estate professionals. As a key member of our team, the Real Estate Lead Generation VA will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential real estate leads through various online platforms, databases, and social media channels.
Data Entry and Management: Input and maintain accurate lead information, ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date with the latest details.
Contact Verification: Verify and validate contact information for leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Outreach Campaigns: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, or other communication channels to establish initial contact with potential leads.
Qualification: Evaluate the viability of leads based on specified criteria and pass on qualified opportunities to real estate professionals.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, presenting key metrics and insights to the management team.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with the real estate team to understand their requirements and preferences in lead generation.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enhance lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Previous experience in real estate lead generation or a similar role is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, lead generation tools, and various online platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and collaboration.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Work Schedule: 4 hours / day, Eastern Standard Time.
