Real Estate Lead-Intake/Follow-Up Specialist

ONE OF OUR CLIENTS IS NOW LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME LEAD-INTAKE/FOLLOW-UP SPECIALIST!

HYPR Service, formerly known as VAoCity/HYPR Assistants, is an outsourcing company that aims to provide quality service to US-based clients by recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Real Estate Remote Professionals.

Rate: $8-10/hour, Full-time

Qualifications as per client request:

– Great English communication skills
– At least 1 year of previous Real Estate Remote Job Experience
– At least 1 year previous Call Center Experience
– Physically active and healthy
– Interested in Sales
– Hungry for Growth and Positive Results
– Proactive
– Competitive

Expected Job Responsibilities
-Answer any phone calls and filter out the leads.
-Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all Marketing Sources.
-Schedule appointments for the Sales Team on a group calendar
-Collaborate with the Admin and Sales Team
-Create a warm hand-off for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.
-Conduct quality assurance follow-up calls/surveys with leads
-Follow up on appointments that have been completed by Acquisitions.
-Follow up on any cold/dying and attempt to revive them.
-Lead Generation
-Updates KPIs every week

Tentative Schedule in Eastern Standard Time:
– Mon: 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
– Tues: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
– Wed: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm | 2 hr break | 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
– Thurs: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm | 2 hr break | 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
– Fri: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
– Sat: On call for new leads and in-sight follow-ups as needed
Target Start date: As soon as possible

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/PC (processor must be i3 and above, at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 Mbps both DL and UL)
• Backup Computer (any computer you can use immediately in case your main PC fails)
• Backup Internet (any internet source/backup location you can connect to in case your main internet has an issue)
• USB Noise-cancelling Headset
• Webcam
