Responsibilities:

• Utilize Mojo dialer, Podio, MLS for comps, and Callrail to manage real estate leads effectively.
• Organize lead follow-ups and maintain calendars to ensure timely client interactions.
• Conduct sales activities, including cold calls and initial client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead management processes and workflows.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to potential clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or lead management preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mojo dialer, Podio, MLS for comps, and Callrail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of success in sales or cold calling environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Real estate knowledge and understanding of lead management principles preferred.
