About the Company: Meadow to Mountain Land Company, LLC is a 2 year old company that deals in buying and selling vacant land in the United States. We process about 150 new leads each month and have a very defined follow up process where we are following up with all of those leads often.  

Title: Lead Manager

Hours: Full-time, preferably 8 hour shift in between 9am Eastern Standard Time – 5pm EST. Work week should comprise of 5 days in the week but does not have to be the typical Monday-Friday.

Compensation: Dependent on experience plus a shared profit bonus based on company’s quarterly earnings.

Tasks: These are some of the major tasks that will need to be performed. There will be additional tasks not noted below, but the primary job will comprise of below:
– Manage all incoming leads via phone and text
– Provide virtual due diligence to ensure the property is a fit to our standards
– Calling and speaking to potential sellers to verify information, clarify expectations, and qualify to move onto the next step
– Comping properties accurately using tools such as , , and
– Scheduling qualified sellers with our Closers using Calendly
– Following up via phone, text, and email with cold leads

Requirements:
– Must have familiarity with CRM (plus if it is FreedomSoft).
– Must have familiarity with following defined processes and be comfortable with asking suggestions to improve said processes.
– Should be familiar with Google Suite (sheets, docs, gmail, etc.)
– Must be very personable and articulate on the phone with sellers and buyers.
– Must be willing to meet with manager once a week, at least, to discuss previous week’s successes, failures, and learned lessons. Video conferencing is preferred.
– Must be trainable and willing to change with the processes as business needs shift.

The ideal hire for this position is someone who enjoys speaking to people and understanding their situation. Identifying motivators for selling and price desires so that we can accurately judge if and how to make an offer to them. Must be comfortable with rejection and sometimes, rude people. You will talk to upwards of 25-50 people a day and you’ll need to be comfortable having a similar conversation multiple time.
