Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals with excellent people skills to join our team as Real Estate Acquisitions Managers/Lead Managers. As an Acquisitions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential real estate investment opportunities. This is a long-term position with career growth opportunities. Fluency in English and outstanding communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect for new clients daily using various lead sources.
2. Manage and respond to leads in CRM.
3. Schedule appointments for property visits and buyer tours.
4. Conduct lead call-backs and manage follow-ups.
5. Make offers to property sellers.
6. Learn how to analyze property comparables.
7. Negotiate with sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to easily communicate and be understood.
2. Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
3. Comfortable with rejection and negotiating with sellers.
4. Coachable and motivated to constantly improve skills through training, such as reading books and taking courses.
5. 2+ years of sales or real estate experience preferred.
6. Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
7. Familiarity with common real estate CRMs (e.g., Podio, BrightMLS, Propstream, Multi-line Dialers) is a plus.
8. Ability to build rapport with seller leads based on property condition, motivation, price, and timeline.
9. Basic knowledge of real estate wholesaling.
10. Proficient in running comps from MLS or other databases.
11. Strong problem-solving, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

13. Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays if needed.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (11AM to 7PM); You might render Saturday duties as well if needed.
Compensation (Based on Experience):
2% Commission for a Closed Deal
