Real Estate Lead Manager

Seeking Lead Manager for a Real Estate Investment firm in the United States. We do everything virtually and have processes and training. Must be able to work between 8 am-5 pm EST time.

US Property Advisors is looking for someone who is good on the phone, can think on their feet, responds to people well over the phone, and is fluent in English so they can understand and connect with U.S.-based customers.

Duties

– Qualify Inbound Leads
– Quality Outbound Leads
– Qualify sellers quickly in our REI Automated Podio pipeline platform
– Setup Up & move property through Due Diligence, Pre Close and Post Close stages in our CRM Asana
– Further qualify the seller with our closing script
– Arrange Inspection of property
– Get CMA(comparative market analysis) from local realtors
– Title Company Follow-up
– Transition acquired property to the disposition team to sell or rent the home

Qualifications

• Start work ASAP
• Fluent in spoken and written English and be very easy to understand
• Frontload the training portion with heavy hours, and then back off the hours once you’re trained
• A hard worker who rarely misses work
• Be motivated by Bonuses and willing to work hard to make themselves and the company profitable.
• Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step-by-step instructions
• Have a reliable, fast internet connection and backup power
• Have a quiet home office with a quality headset and webcam
