Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leads in our pipeline, contacting potential sellers, and managing the CRM. Experience isn’t necessary, but If you have Real Estate experience, calling for motivated sellers and want to be part of very inclusive Team and culture then you should apply.

Job details:
• Undergo basic training with the team for the first few days (5 hours)
• Be able to work 8 hours full time (10am-6pm EST)
• Research, identify, and generate new leads of potential clients in the Indianapolis real estate market.
• Utilize various strategies, such as online platforms, networking events, referrals, and marketing campaigns, to expand the client base.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, pricing, and property types.
• Engage with leads and prospects through effective communication channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Nurture and build relationships with potential clients, providing them with relevant information and updates on available properties.
• Track and analyze lead generation activities, measuring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Appointment setting through calling leads and using texting systems
• Entering data and notes into CRM
• Meeting with the Team WEEKLY through Zoom

Requirements:
• Experience in real estate lead generation not necessary, but preferred.
• Excellent English language skills with little or no accent, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.

Must possess excellent interpersonal communications skills and enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
