* This is a full time job ( at least 5-6 hours per day )

We re a real estate agency based in Turkey and we invest a lot of money to online advertising and we generate leads from google , youtube , facebook and instagram ads…

We help clients find their ideal investment property or holiday home in turkey. we work with 4 languages and have a team of 7 full time agents in our office who handles leads…

We would like to hire a LEAD MANAGER who will be managing our team’s lead follow up on a daily basis and report us frequently.

? LEAD MANAGER’ s Responsibilities & Required Skills

The Lead Manager’s (LM) main responsibility is to make sure that leads generated and distributed to Sales Agents (SA) are well nurtured, qualified, prioritized and help both the management allocate appropriate resources towards better lead generation and assist SAs to efficiently work on the leads.

What are expected from a LM are ;

1 – To make sure that all NEW leads allocated to each SA are properly processed, nurtured, qualified and classified.

2 – To make sure that all daily follow ups are properly processed, nurtured, qualified and classified.

3 – To take note of best performing lead sources, work on classification methods and create data analysis tools to help make performance analysis of all sources.

4 – To establish direct communication with each SA, ask and catalog reviews of all leads.

5 – To establish a bridge between management and SA and help all involved parties to create more efficient and productive work flow

6 – To monitor Jivochat’s Live Chat, make sure that no chats have been missed and that all communications have been properly conducted.

7 – To monitor and analyze which platforms have best response rate to email, phone calls, Whatsapp, Viber etc

8 – To help improve all SAs follow up strategies if and when needed

9 – To be available on either Whatsapp or Skype at any given time.

10 – To work on a report schedule with all SAs and ask for peer reviews on lead quality

11 – To help all SA improve their phone calls, find and implement appropriate call scripts

12 – To help improve UI of the Company CRM system, interact with both Management and IT on aspects that can be improved to help SAs productivity

13 – To share weekly and monthly analysis and performance review with Management
14- Recommend if we need more agents for follow up for any part of our team

Basically help us get more and better return on our advertising investments and help convert more leads in to sales…
