Our real estate investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Lead Manager with strong communication and organization skills. We are seeking someone who is fluent in English, has impressive verbal communication, possesses sufficient computer skills, is a good listener, and has excellent time management abilities. This role will contain a variety of responsibilities, including outreach and lead procurement. The ideal candidate for this role will see frequent opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing active leads in the database, ensuring they are properly handled and followed up on.
Conducting daily outreach and follow-ups via phone calls and SMS
Giving offers to qualified leads in the company database
Adding inbound leads from our blog, website form, to our CRM and assigning them to acquisition specialists for immediate contact.
Creating and scheduling marketing campaigns using our designated platforms to target potential sellers effectively.
Attending weekly acquisitions meetings and check-ins with managers/leadership.
Ensuring the team meets performance benchmarks.
Assisting in recruiting new employees, including lead managers, acquisition specialists, and other relevant roles.
Providing ongoing support to new employees, helping them integrate smoothly into the team and achieve their performance goals.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with proper grammar usage and verbal communication skills.
Teachable and willing to learn new skills.
Exceptional time management abilities.
Good listener with strong organizational skills.
Ability to make good decisions under pressure.
Goes above and beyond, not just the bare minimum.
Schedule/Time:
You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm EST. Working night shifts is required for this role.
