JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be in charge of following up with seller leads that have been generated by our agents & qualifying them for the next step. Your main goal is to build quality rapport & a strong relationship with the sellers you talk to, as well as screen them for any missing info. Your role will be more dynamic, as you will have the opportunity to handle other admin & company tasks over time.

There is potential to grow & get promoted within our team over time as well, depending on your skills & strengths. You WILL receive continual training on various aspects of the business to help you succeed!

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
– English – MUST have EXCELLENT English/Verbal Skills.
– Scheduling – MUST work during our hours US PACIFIC TIME (California).
– Experience – MUST have at least 1 year’s worth of real estate cold calling experience. Lead management (for real estate) experience is preferred, but not required.
– Knowledge – MUST have advanced knowledge of real estate. Specific knowledge in real estate investing is preferred, but not required.
– Reliable – Need to be able to consistently show up to work & show up on time.
– Tech Savvy – Need to know how to use Google Chrome & learn how to use web-based applications. The more tech savvy, the better.
– Typing – Must have EXCELLENT English typing skills.
– Positive Attitude/Teachable – People who will excel in this position are coach-able and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
