We are seeking a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent who is seeking to thrive more than simply survive. You are someone with boundless energy and is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to be part of a growing team with upwards salary benefits.
By using our research and marketing techniques, you will be asked to research businesses and homes in specific areas, use our tools to generate the owners, fill these into a CRM, and do consistent outreach via text, email, and/or phone.
As an Inside Sales Agent:

What we offer you:
• The ability to work remotely and work on your own time schedule
What You Will Do
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of lead count and quality
• Consistent follow up on leads to ensure maximum appointments scheduled
• Update our CRM with notes from calls to ensure smooth handoffs to our sales team
• Handling inbound leads from our marketing and qualifying the leads
• Setting up a time for our deal closers to meet or close the leads
• Managing the lead pipeline and following up on leads when necessary
This Job is not for lazy or non-driven people. We are looking for people who love solving problems while making excellent money. We provide the training, the tools, and the leads and it’s up to you to close the deals. Prior experience working in Real Estate is not necessary but prior sales experience is a plus.
