Unicorn Role Overview: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate transactions? As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Listing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing transactions from open to close, providing client updates, and assisting with listing coordination for all team members. Your strong experience in transaction coordination, familiarity with tools like Skyslope and Dotloop, and understanding of real estate regulations will be key to your success in this role.

What you’ll do:
Manage real estate transactions from open to close, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and on time.
Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction process.
Assist with listing coordination for all team members, ensuring all listings are accurately prepared and managed.
Utilize tools like Skyslope and Dotloop to manage transactions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, with a strong understanding of Ontario Real Estate.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Pay strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.

What you’ll bring:
At least 3+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination.
Strong familiarity with transaction coordination tools such as Skyslope and Dotloop.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
