Our growing wholesale business is seeking a talented individual to manage our cold calling operations and CRM system. You’ll be responsible for overseeing 2 cold callers, ensuring they have a steady stream of qualified leads and data to work with. But that’s not all! You’ll also be tasked with implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track our progress towards our ambitious goal: securing 10 deals under contract and closed with end buyers every month.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Manage and motivate 2 cold callers, and 2 part time acquisition team members, identifying any weaknesses and capitalize on any areas of growth, being able to retrain them to follow proven scripts and best practices.
Develop and implement a training program for 2 acquisition personnel to close on deals as they come up.
Implement and monitor KPIs to track cold calling performance and overall revenue generation.
Maintain and optimize our CRM system for maximum efficiency.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in our target markets.
Cultivate a data-driven culture and ensure all processes are followed meticulously.
Conduct monthly performance reviews for staff and make recommendations on bonuses.
