Bridgewell Group is looking for an outgoing, friendly, detail oriented, and reliable individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrative/Marketing Assistant.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing all listing and purchasing documents
• Data entry; Excel, Microsoft Word
• Organize and schedule buyer tours
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Correspond with both internal and external parties
• Coordinate showings on our listings
• Showing follow up and reporting
• Many other day to day operational requirements
• Digital and offline marketing tasks
• Maintaining the operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
• Collaborating with Realtors to improve systems and training to ensure efficient business processes.

Skills
• Significant computer knowledge and experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently; always willing to help
• Quick to learn unfamiliar software
• High level of initiative, motivation, drive, energy and enthusiasm to get any job done
• Ability to multi-task and have good time-management skills

Qualifications
• Minimum of High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience preferred, but not required.
• Must possess own laptop.
• Combination of marketing education and/or experience is considered an asset.

Available currently are part-time(-30 hours per week).
Full time position is likely possible in the future. Morning start times – weekend hours possible. Start date would be end of March or start of April at the latest. Must have reliable internet and your own laptop.
