Job Description

The Harbert Real Estate Group, a dynamic and growing real estate company, is currently searching for a meticulous, dedicated, and inventive Remote Real Estate Marketing and Lead Coordinator. As our growth trajectory continues and we strive to deliver exceptional client service, we need someone who can successfully orchestrate our marketing efforts and lead generation.

Job Type: Full-Time (35-50 hours per week)
Work Hours: 8:30am-6:00pm CST
Location: Remote (US working hours required)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
• Coordinate lead generation activities, monitor lead sources, and follow up to convert leads into potential clients.
• Manage all marketing-related administrative tasks such as email correspondence, CRM management, and updating marketing spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Create visually appealing promotional materials using platforms such as Canva.
• Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Tools we frequently use: Google Suite, KvCore CRM, HAR MLS, Lastpass, Canva, various Lead sources, Trello, Dotloop, Slack, , Facebook, etc. (No prior experience is required as we will provide comprehensive training.)

Qualifications:
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Outstanding customer service and listening skills.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, preferably with SC/CS on DISC assessment.
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed set targets.
• Proficiency in using computers and client management software.
• Previous experience with a contact database system is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in further training and coaching sessions.
